These terms apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop alphasynth.store. Your contracting party is ALPHASYNTH™, owner Marko Vuletic, Bronland 14, 6708 WH Wageningen, the Netherlands (hereinafter “Provider”). Deviating terms of the customer apply only if the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.
Sale of peptides and biological modulators for scientific and research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, medical diagnosis, or therapy. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are a qualified researcher or a representative of a research institution.
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
Ordering process: the customer adds products to the cart, proceeds to checkout, enters billing and delivery address and selects shipping and payment method. The order summary shows all details once more. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
Correcting input errors: until that click, the customer can change all details in the input fields, adjust quantities in the cart or remove items. The browser’s back function leads to earlier steps.
Immediately after ordering, the customer receives an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order. This e-mail is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the order by e-mail or ships the goods. For payment by cryptocurrency, the Provider accepts the offer by forwarding the customer to the payment page after the order has been placed.
Storage of the contract text: the Provider stores the contract text. The customer receives the order details by e-mail and can view and save these terms on this page at any time. With a customer account, orders can be viewed under “My account”; without an account, the contract text can no longer be accessed via the website after the order has been placed.
Contract languages: the contract can be concluded in German, English or French.
The Provider delivers to all EU member states, Switzerland, Norway and the USA. Delivery times, shipping costs and the conditions for free shipping are set out on the shipping page.

For consumers, the risk passes upon handover of the goods to the customer; for businesses, upon handover to the carrier.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal; the details are set out in the withdrawal policy. There is no right of withdrawal for sealed vials whose seal has been removed after delivery (opened or reconstituted) (§ 312g(2) no. 3 German Civil Code).
The statutory rights regarding defects apply. In the event of purity deviations (measured vs. COA), full refund in accordance with the Returns Policy.
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to contract-typical, foreseeable damages. No liability for non-intended use (in particular human consumption).
Our Privacy Policy applies (GDPR-compliant).
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they have their habitual residence. The place of jurisdiction for contracts with businesses is the Provider’s registered office. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
